Davis holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Urban and Regional Planning from East Carolina University.ĥ611 NC Hwy 55, Suite 201, Durham, NC 27713 Before moving to Louisiana, George ran several large Build-to-Suit (BTS) and site acquisition projects for Sprint PCS and Bellsouth Mobility DCS (AT&T) in North Carolina and Georgia. Under his leadership, the region grew from just 10 to over 500 towers through a combination of new development and mergers and acquisitions. In 1999 he started and served as Territory Manager for SBA’s Louisiana market which eventually grew to include Arkansas. Davis held a variety of managerial roles at SBA. Davis is very active with the State Wireless Association Programs (SWAP) in his regions and previously served as President of the LA/MS chapter. George has extensive experience in all facets of wireless infrastructure development including site acquisition, zoning, site development, construction, leasing and site management. Based in Durham, NC he is responsible for advancement of all aspects of the business. Davis runs the Florida, Gulf Coast and Carolinas Markets for TowerCom. Davis aggressively marketed, leased, managed and developed the portfolio to a successful sale in 2007. Davis joined TowerCom in July 2003 to oversee their Gulf Coast operations and tower portfolio.
